We are excited to announce the continued cooperation between McTimoney College of Chiropractic and the prestigious Royal Society of Medicine (RSM). This enduring relationship has once again been highlighted through the recent feature of our Principal, Professor Christina Cunliffe, in RSM’s promotional campaign. Professor Cunliffe, who is a Regional Fellow of the Royal Society, embodies the strong connection between our institutions.
Our relationship with the RSM is longstanding and significant. Historically, we have enrolled students from their final Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) year and MSc Chiropractic (Paediatrics) programmes as student members of the RSM. This membership provides them with access to the RSM’s extensive library resources and helps integrate them into the wider healthcare community.
Additionally, our relationship with the RSM was further solidified in 2010, when we proudly inducted John McTimoney into the Royal Society of Medicine Hall of Honour. This recognition was a testament to his contributions to the field of chiropractic and our college’s commitment to excellence.
We are delighted to see the fruits of this relationship and look forward to many more years of productive collaboration with the Royal Society of Medicine.
