McTimoney opens in Hong Kong

In an exciting new development for the College, we are delighted to announce that we will be opening in Hong Kong from September 2023.

For many years we have attracted high quality students from Hong Kong to train in the UK, and this is the perfect opportunity to start to deliver our programme in country, delivering our full-time four-year Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) programme. Working with our local partners, we will provide the highest quality of academic and clinical teaching in custom facilities located on Nathan Road, the main thoroughfare through central Hong Kong.

The announcement comes following a complex two year process to achieve recognition by the Hong Kong Education Bureau as a nonlocal provider. For Hong Kong, this is also ground-breaking news as we are the first chiropractic institution to be accredited in this way.

Chiropractic in Hong Kong has grown strongly in recent years as it is a recognised profession through the Hong Kong Chiropractic Council. The opening of its own College will no doubt be a springboard for future growth and we are very proud to play such an integral part in the development of chiropractic in Hong Kong.
